Went there 1:00 on a Wednesday afternoon. Walked in store and there were no carts. Had to go back outside to cart corral and get my own cart!! Also had no hot dogs ready in the lunch area. Was a 25 minute wait to get one. Do better Samβs!!!!! No excuse for either one of these things

Great place to shop. If you use the self-scan checkout feature in the app, you can skip the checkout lines. Bathroom cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The last time I went, all but one stall was clogged or unusable because it was so dirty. Otherwise, clean floors throughout, shelves are neat and organized, and pretty consistent through the seasons. Staff are nice for the most part, though almost every time I've gone to the cafe to pick up an order, the staff there were visibly pissed and not very friendly. I love my $1.50 hot dogs, but I do dread going there because it seems they're annoyed to be doing their job and I'm somehow inconveniencing them.

Unbelievable. I ordered ober $200 in items from this location to be delivered. The delivery driver shops, drives 15+ miles to drop off the order then says "there's no where to park" comes thru the drive thru to tell us that - where she could have dropped the food off at. Then the driver proceeded to drive away with the food, and drive it 15+ minutes back to town and cancel the order. Unbelievable.

TYLER in MANAGEMENT!!BUYER BEWARE! Springfield Sam's Club is the worst with their garden. Their plants are dying and no one waters them, when asked about their their dying plants I was told by Tyler, the management, that he would rather throw them away before he discounts them. Most all plants were on clearance but was told he would rather get credit for them than sell them to a customer. Obviously customers do not matter to him. Check out these plants he wanted full price for. The roots are completely exposed and haven't been watered. Ridiculous....do better Tyler!! Please dont tell a loyal customer of years that you rather throw them away! Go somewhere else if you want healthy plants.

My mother recently went here. She has a heart condition and cannot lift more than 10 pounds as ordered by her doctor. Two things happened that I am royally pissed about - first off I have worked cashier jobs. In your duties you are supposed to be able to stand for 8 hours and be able to lift 50-60 pounds on a consistent basis. And to add insult to injury, my family isnβt rich. Weβre on food stamps. She went to the lane specifically cause the app makes split payments for curb side pick ups impossible. Before even asking for her preferred method of payment she just swiped the credit card then proceeded to tell my 70 year old mother with 6 stints in her heart that she had to fill up the entire cart. And Samβs being sams, we try to be courteous and rush so the next customer can proceed with their transaction. I have never been so grieved by a business in my entire life and itβs not because anything happened to me, but itβs because it happened to my 70 year-old mother. I am on food stamps because I have to take care of her. Unfortunately, I was not able to go with her this time and that will never happen again as I no longer trust any of the employees at this establishment. And people w
